    【摘 要】目的：探讨病发膝关节前交叉韧带断裂的患者应用磁共振成像技术实施诊断价值。方法：抽取我院疑似膝关节前交叉韧带断裂患者80例，均为2019年6月至2021年6月收治，应用磁共振成像技术实施检查，以关节镜检查所呈现结果做金标准，就膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断效能指标进行评测。结果：采用关节镜进行检查可知，本次所抽取的80例疑似膝关节前交叉韧带断裂的患者，阳性38例，占比为47.50%；采用磁共振成像技术实施检查，阳性36例，占比为45.00%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以关节镜检查结果做金标准，得出磁共振成像技术诊断准确度为95.00%，敏感度为94.74%，特异度为95.23%。结论：病发膝关节前交叉韧带断裂的患者应用磁共振成像技术实施检查，在阳性检出率方面，同关节镜检查相较高相符性，且诊断效能也居较高水平。
