    【摘 要】目的：研究分析多层螺旋CT对DR诊断无症状孤立性肺结节的作用。方法：2018年2月-2021年2月期间选择我院接收的65例DR诊断无症状孤立性肺结节患者，进行多层螺旋CT和常规CT检测，以病理检测结果为金标准，分析多层螺旋CT和常规CT检测的准确率，以及不同类型肺结节，不同CT影像特征。结果：与常规CT检测结果相比，多层螺旋CT的检测准确率更高(P<0.05)，不同CT影像特征并无差别(P>0.05)，与病理检测结果对比，多层螺旋CT的诊断准确率无明显差别(P>0.05)，不同类型肺结节检出率也无差异(P>0.05)。结论：对DR诊断无症状孤立性肺结节使用多层螺旋CT检测，具有较高的临床价值。
