    【摘 要】目的：研究创伤骨科临床治疗中應用微创手术治疗的临床效果。方法：选取300例骨科创伤患者，将其随机均分为观察组与对照组，对照组行常规治疗，观察组行微创治疗，对比临床疗效。结果：观察组的手术临床疗效明显优于对照组，治疗期间的并发症风险更低。结论：针对骨科创伤患者，采用微创手术疗法，明显出血量更少，恢复时间更短，患者整体治疗效果更突出，因此，此类手术治疗方式值得进一步推广应用。
