    【摘 要】目的：分析在治疗重症肝炎的过程中开展人工肝血浆置换术治疗的有效性。方法：将本院2020年1月至2021年8月期间收治的70例重症肝炎患者作为研究对象，通过双盲分组法将其分成两组，针对常规组35例患者实施常规内科治疗干预，针对治疗组35例患者加用人工肝血浆置换术治疗干预，对比两组重症肝炎患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组患者治疗后的治疗优良率、PT、BDIL、TBIL、AST及ALT等显著优于常规组患者(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对重症肝炎患者实施人工肝血浆置换术治疗的有效性较为显著，能很好的改善患者的肝功能指标，促进患者预后。
