    【摘 要】目的：分析在隐裂牙牙髓病患者中进行冠修复与根管同步的疗效。方法：选择2019年1月至2020年12月来我院诊治的隐裂牙牙髓病患者82例，随机分为对照组(41例)与观察组(41例)。对照组常规治疗，观察组冠修复与根管同步治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：治疗后，两组的咀嚼效率、咬合力明显升高，牙齿松动度明显降低，且观察组的上述指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的就诊持续时间及就诊次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：冠修复与根管同步治疗可提高隐裂牙牙髓病的治疗效果，改善临床症状，值得推广借鉴。
