    【摘 要】目的：探讨不同麻醉方式对老年全髋关节置换术患者康复结局的影响。方法：选取我院收治的67例老年全髋关节置换术患者(2019.1-2021.1)，选择随机数字表法分组模式，对照组33例患者接受全身麻醉，研究组34例患者接受腰硬联合麻醉，比较两组患者手术及麻醉相关指标以及并发症发生率。结果：两组患者的各项手术相关指标水平接近(P>0.05)；研究组患者各项麻醉恢复相关指标(6.13±1.82、14.02±2.58、21.18±3.97、57.22±3.65、15.48±3.26 min)均显著短于对照组(8.62±1.73、16.63±3.47、25.66±4.28、73.14±4.79、18.04±3.17 min)；研究组患者并发症发生率为8.82%，显著低于对照组的30.30%(P<0.05)。结论：腰硬联合麻醉可有效缩短患者麻醉恢复时间，减少术后并发症，较全身麻醉更有利于促进患者术后康复，值得在老年全髋关节置换术患者麻醉中推广应用。
