    【摘 要】目的：观察在脑梗死并脑出血疾病的诊断中，磁共振成像与CT诊断方法所得到的检查结果情况。方法：在我院选取42例患者参与本次研究，将其随机均等分为两组，其中一组应用磁共振成像方式检验，另一组应用CT影像检验，观察两组患者的诊断检出率情况以及检查结果与手术治疗的符合率情况。结果：观察分析可知，CT检查组、磁共振成像组所得的检查结果与手术治疗相比均具备统计学差异(P<0.05)，但对病灶大小的判断均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：在脑梗死合并脑出血的疾病治疗中，核磁共振成像与CT诊断均能获得较高的诊断准确率，具有一定的实践应用价值，在具体选择诊断方式时，可综合考虑疾病状态以及患者的经济条件，选择更为适宜的诊断方式。
