    【摘 要】目的：探讨布地奈德联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月到2020年12月我中心收治的200例支气管哮喘患者，随机分成两组。对照组雾化吸入剂量为400μg的布地奈德治疗，每天两次；观察组联合服用剂量为0.2g的多索茶碱治疗，每天两次。结果：观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组的FEV1、MVV和FVC明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组的FEV1、MVV和FVC明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的咳嗽消失、喘息消失、肺内哮鸣音消失和气短消失用时比对照组有显著的缩短(P<0.05)。结论：治疗支气管哮喘采用联合的方法(布地奈德+多索茶碱)效果显著，值得推荐。
