    【摘 要】目的：将康妇炎胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宮颈炎伴HPV感染患者的有效性加以评价。方法：采用双盲分组法将本院2019年1月至2021年10月期间收治的100例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者分组，50例常规组患者给予重组人干扰素α2b，50例治疗组患者开展康妇炎胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗，对比两组患者的治疗优良率、复发率、中医症状评分、症状改善时间。结果：治疗组患者治疗后的治疗优良率94.00%(47/50)高于常规组患者78.00%(39/50)(P<0.05)，治疗组慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者的复发率、中医症状评分、症状改善时间显著低于/短于常规组患者(P<0.05)，差异均具有统计学意义。结论：康妇炎胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗对慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者的疗效较为显著，且预后较好，值得推广。
