    【摘 要】目的：探讨阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片对急性心肌梗死的疗效。方法：选取2016年12月至2020年12月我院的84例急性心肌梗死患者，随机分成两组。对照组单用阿司匹林，观察组联用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片。结果：观察组的血栓、心肌梗死再发、凝血功能异常、心绞痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的CK-MB变化时间、胸痛缓解时间、ST段下降超过50%时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组的12h内血管再通率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组的全血黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞聚集指数均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的全血黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞聚集指数更低(P<0.05)。结论：阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片对急性心肌梗死有显著的疗效。
