    【摘 要】目的：分析对于合并产后出血高危因素的产妇，在常规使用缩宫素的基础上，采用米索前列醇的效果。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间本院收治的60例高危产后出血倾向产妇作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组(n=30)给予缩宫素预防性治疗，观察组(n=30)给予缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防性治疗，比较两组预防治疗效果。结果：生产结束即刻、术后24h，观察组MDA水平低于对照组，观察组SOD、CAT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于合并产后出血高危因素的产妇而言，通过采用缩宫素联合米索前列醇的预防性治疗给药可有效降低其产后出血发生的可能，对改善其机体氧化应激程度、改善凝血因子水平均有重要意义值得推广。
