    【摘 要】目的：探讨缩宫用于足月胎膜早破对产妇妊娠结局的影响效果。方法：选取2019年10月至2021年9月在我院接受足月胎膜早破产妇，根据产妇临床病例将其分为对照组和观察组，两组患者各40例。对照组产妇自然待产，观察组全程给予患者缩宫素。比较两组产妇妊娠结局。结果：观察组产褥感染、产后出血、宫内感染、分娩时间超过24h的发生率均低于对照组，结果显示差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：足月胎膜早破产妇，在引产过程中应用缩宫素能有效降低产后出血及感染发生概率，改善分娩结局对产于具有较高的临床推广应用价值。
