    【摘 要】目的：探讨小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕的临床效果。方法：90例中风后眩晕患者均是我院接收的且符合本研究的要求，患者入院时间是2018年7月至2021年3月，采用随机抽样法均分为两组，各45例，对照组患者接受常规西药治疗，研究组患者接受小柴胡汤加减治疗，比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及血液流变学指标变化。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率(95.56%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)，比较分析发现有统计意义(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的各血液流变学指标仅有很小的差距，没有统计性(P>0.05)，治疗后研究组的各血液流变学指标比对照组有显著的减少(P<0.05)。结论：使用小柴胡汤加减能够有效的改善患者的血液流变学水平，缓解眩晕症状，值得在中风后眩晕治疗中应用推广。
