    【摘 要】目的：分析麦味地黄汤加减对于妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的治疗作用。方法：选择2019年10月至2021年10月间入院治疗的120例GDM孕妇，予以抽签法分组。A组60例患者进行麦味地黄汤加减治疗，B组60例患者进行西药治疗，对比两组治疗效果、血糖水平和中医证候积分。结果：A组孕妇的治疗总有效率较B组更高(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组孕妇的血糖水平与中医证候积分并无明显差异(P>0.05)；治疗1个月后，A组孕妇的血糖水平较B组降低，中医证候积分相比于B组更低(P<0.05)。结论：麦味地黄汤治疗GDM的效果显著，可以降低血糖水平，纠正临床症状，可作为治疗妊娠期糖尿病常用的中药方剂。
