    【摘 要】目的：讨论儿童预防接种护理安全管理的应用效果。方法：选取2020年10月至2021年10月我院预防接种儿童82例，对照组常规护理，观察组护理安全管理，比较两组的接种配合度、管理质量及满意度。结果：观察组儿童的接种配合度高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组各方面的管理质量高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组家属的接种满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：护理安全管理的作用极为显著，在儿童预防接种中应用，可提升儿童的接种配合度，管理质量更高，家属对接种服务也更为满意，值得肯定。
