    【摘 要】目的：分析对于Ⅰ期，Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者采用保留乳头改良根治术的治疗价值。方法：观察组为保留乳头改良根治术进行治疗，对照组应用传统乳腺癌改良根治术进行治疗。结果：术后并发症率观察组为8.33%，对照组为25.00%(P<0.05)；术后随访12个月内局部复发率以及远处转移率两组对比差异较小(P>0.05)；乳房美容学优良率观察组为91.67%，对照组为63.89%(P<0.05)。结论：对于Ⅰ，Ⅱ乳腺癌患者运用保留乳头改良根治术的治疗效果满意、预后良好，并可获得满意的乳房美容效果。
