    【摘 要】目的：探究针对宫颈癌术后深静脉血栓患者实施分层管理的效果分析。方法：统计我院2017年2月至2018年6月间宫颈癌术后患者选122例为实验对象，利用随机法分为两组，每组患者61例。给予实验1组患者常规护理干预，给予实验2组患者层级护理干预，观察两种护理手段下护理满意度、静脉血栓发生以及护理质量比较。结果：实验2组患者护理满意度与护理质量指数较好，术后深静脉发生率低于实验1组，层级护理干预更佳，两组数据对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论：对宫颈癌术后患者实施层级护理管理对预防深静脉血栓具有非常显著作用，临床应用价值较高。
