    【摘 要】目的：探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后实施综合护理干预的临床心理状态改变情况。方法：抽取我院收治的乳腺癌手术患者200例作为研究对象，根据护理方案分为两组，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组实施综合护理干预后患者的心理状态中的焦虑和抑郁评分优于对照组；观察组的对应能力优于对照组；观察组患者满意度优于对照组；差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于乳腺癌改良根治术后实施综合护理干预能够改善患者的心理状态，提高患者的对应能力以及患者的满意度，值得临床推广。
