    【摘 要】目的：分析叙事护理在乳腺癌放疗患者健康教育中的有效性。方法：将70例乳腺癌放疗患者作为研究对象，按护理方式不同均分为两组。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行叙事护理，比较两组的临床护理效果。结果：护理前两组的健康知识评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后观察组的健康知识评分更高(P<0.05)；观察组的治疗依从性更高，生活质量更高，且护理满意度更高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将叙事护理应用在乳腺癌放疗患者的护理中效果确切，可以有效提升患者对疾病知识的掌握程度，提高治疗依从性和生活质量，且能提高患者对护理工作的认可程度，值得临床进一步应用及推广。
