    【摘 要】目的：在乳腺癌患者护理工作中，分析心理干预的临床效果。方法：研究指标入选时间：2019年10月至2021年10月。选择乳腺癌100例为研究对象，所有入选患者均按照随机分组法实施分组。组别设置：研究组(50例：心理干预+常规护理)、对照组(50例：常规护理)。结果：两组不良情绪指标差异分析，对照组评分高于研究组(P<0.05)，统计学有意义；生存质量评分，研究组高于对照组，数据分析有意义(P<0.05)。结论：在乳腺癌患者护理，心理干预发挥了显著优势，可以帮助患者提升生存质量。

    【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of psychological intervention in nursing care of breast cancer patients.
