    【摘 要】目的：探究术中保温护理措施预防妇科腹腔镜手术患者低体温的临床效果及对降低不良反应发生率的作用。方法：以2020年1月至2021年5月妇科腹腔镜手术患者100例，为研究的对象，随机数字表法分组，对照组常规护理干预，试验组则同时实施术中保温护理干预，对两组护理的结果进行分析。结果：试验组术中低体温发生率、不良反应发生率、COR、NE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：妇科腹腔镜手术患者接受术中保温护理措施干预，可更好对术中低体温、不良反应的发生及应激反应程度控制，意义重大。
