    【摘 要】目的：探讨母乳喂养指导路径干预措施对于产科护理管理的实践性效果。方法：特选2020年4月至2021年6月我院接受分娩产妇80例开展研究。常规组不采取特殊管理措施，实验组采取母乳喂养指导路径干预措施。对比母乳喂养成功率、知识和技能掌握率、对护理服务的评价以及泌乳情况。结果：实验组母乳喂养成功率、孕产知识与技能掌握率以及护理服务的评价均显著优于常规组，(P<0.05)；实验组泌乳开始时间以及泌乳量充足占比明显优于常规组(P<0.05)结论：母乳喂养指导路径能够有效应用于产科护理管理，可以有效提高产前后宣教质量，显著提升整体干预效果，值得推广。
