    【摘 要】目的：分析早期肠内营养护理在急性脑出血(ACH)患者护理中的应用。方法：将我院2019年1月至2021年6月收治的ACH患者选取50例，随机计数法分为对照组和观察组，对照组24例，采用早期肠外营养护理，观察组26例，采用早期肠内营养护理。比较两组患者护理后的效果。结果：護理前两组患者NIHSS分值无显著差别(P>0.05) ，护理后观察组患者NIHSS分值明显比对照组降低(P<0.05)，观察组并发症率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：早期肠内营养护理在ACH患者护理中效果显著，值得临床大力推广。
