    【摘 要】目的：探讨单纯性疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者实施整体化责任护理干预的负面情绪以及护理工作满意度的影响。方法：抽取单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的患者60例作为研究对象，根据护理方案不同分为两组，对照组实施常规的护理，观察组实施整体化责任护理，比较护理效果。结果：观察组经整体化责任护理后心理状态优于对照组；观察组的临床症状改善自己患者满意度高于对照组；组间的数据存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论：对于单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者实施整体化责任护理干预能够明显的提高临床治疗效果，改善患者的心理状态，提高患者满意度。
