    【摘 要】目的：探讨脑出血患者气管切开后给予呼吸道护理的应用效果。方法：从我院择选脑出血患者20例作为研究对象，时间线为2018年6月至2021年5月，分别采取传统护理(对照组)与呼吸道护理(观察组)，两组均为10例，比较两组患者护理效果。结果：护理前，两组的不良情绪相比无显著差异(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组的不良情绪低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对脑出血患者在临床中行呼吸道护理，不仅能改善患者的负性情绪，还能减少并发症，提高患者对护理的满意度，值得推广。
