    【摘 要】目的：探究个性化护理在消化道肿瘤患者化疗中及对疼痛程度影响。方法：以消化道肿瘤患者64例为对象，分为参照组32例与研究组32例，分别应用常规护理、个性化护理，对比护理效果。结果：研究组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均优于参照组(P<0.05)。对于护理后疼痛评分，研究组明显更低，与参照组比较(P<0.05)。研究组患者经过护理后应对方式评分均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：消化道肿瘤患者应用个性化护理，有效消除负性情绪，缓解疼痛，改善应对方式，护理效果显著。
