    【摘 要】目的：分析营养护理干预在晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗中的应用效果。 方法：选取在2019年11月至2021年2月期间我院收治的胃肠道肿瘤患者共112例作为研究对象，其中男性60例，女性52例，根据入院先后顺讯随机分为对照组与研究组各56例，对照组采用常规护理措施，研究组在常规护理措施基础上增加营养护理干预。比较两组患者营养风险评分、不良反应发生情况及经不同护理措施干预后营养指标变化情况。 结果：两组患者营养风险评分及不良反应情况比较，经统计学处理，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：营养护理干预在晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗中的应用效果显著，有效降低不良反应的发生、改善营养风险评分及提高患者各项营养指标。
