    【摘 要】目的：對比了解手术室护理措施对于股骨转子间骨折患者的应用效果以及实际应用方法。方法：纳选我院收治的88例股骨转子间骨折患者作为观察对象进行回顾性分析，使用数字法将符合标准的骨折患者均等随机地分为两组，每组各44例，对照组股骨转子间骨折患者接受常规手术室护理干预内容，观察组骨折患者在同上常规手术室护理干预的基础上增加人性化护理内容。结果：对比观察两组患者针对手术室护理的护理满意度情况可见，增加人性化护理内容的患者对于手术室护理比常规护理干预的患者更为满意，常规干预组满意率93.18%，人性化护理组满意率100.00%，常规干预组不满意率6.82%，人性化护理组中未见不满意评价，常规干预组基本满意率47.73%，人性化护理组基本满意率29.55%，常规干预组非常满意率45.45%，人性化护理组非常满意率70.45%(P<0.05)。结论：对于股骨转子间骨折患者针对个体差异实施人性化护理能够有效提升患者护理满意度。
