    【摘 要】目的：讨论口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位效果。方法：选择本院在2020年8月至2021年8月收治的88例牙周病致前牙移位患者，依照随机数表法，分成对照组和研究组，每组44例。对照组采用传统牙周治疗，研究组采用口腔正畸治疗，对两组患者临床治疗有效率、各项临床指标和不良反应发生率进行对比。结果：研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，各项临床指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：口腔正畸针对牙周病致前牙移位患者效果明显，值得在临床推广应用。
