    【摘 要】目的：分析胸腔镜下解剖性肺段切除术在肺小结节病灶治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取肺小结节患者80为对象，研究时间是2019年11月至2020年11月，分为两组，即参照组、试验组，各40例，参照组应用肺叶切除术治疗，试验组实施胸腔镜下解剖性肺段切除术治疗，对比治疗效果。结果：试验组患者术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生率、引流时间与住院时间均低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者淋巴结清扫个数与参照组比较(P>0.05)。结论：肺小结节患者实施胸腔镜下解剖性肺段切除术治疗，有效改善手术效果，预防并发症，缩短治疗时间，改善肺功能，具有显著治疗效果。
