    【摘 要】目的：分析对于腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤患者采用腮腺浅叶部分切除术或者腮腺浅叶切除术的治疗价值。方法：对照组行传统腮腺浅叶切除术治疗，同期观察组采用腮腺浅叶部分切除术治疗。结果：手术用时、失血量、手术中切口长度以及面神经分支的解剖数目等观察组较对照组更短(少)(P<0.05)；术后并发症率观察组为5.56%，对照组为19.44%(P<0.05)；术后随访中复发率观察组为2.78%，对照组为5.56%(P>0.05)；术后腺体功能保留率观察组为97.22%，对照组为19.44%(P<0.05)。结论：在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤患者治疗中通过应用腮腺浅叶部分切除术可获得确切疗效，有利于降低创伤性并保留腺体功能，可预防术后并发症及复发。
