    【摘 要】目的：探讨FOVUS-PDCA管理工具在医院急诊科院内患者安全转运临床中的应用价值。方法：以2021年7月至8月我院急诊院内转运的120例转运患者为研究对象，根据接诊转运先后顺序，分为等容量两组，分别记为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组采用常规急诊院内转运管理模式，观察组应用FOVUS-PDCA管理工具进行院内转运管理，对两组患者转运效率、转运中发生缺陷的处置时间，安全转运率进行评价和对比。结果：观察组转运效率，转运中发生缺陷的处置时间、及安全转运率远优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论：FOVUS-PDCA管理工具在医院急诊患者院内转运临床中有着较高的临床应用效益，可有效提高急诊患者院内安全转运率，对患者院内安全转运具有重要意义。
