    【摘 要】目的：在脑梗死治疗中探讨疏血通注射液和丹红注射液的应用及影响。方法：2020年10月至2021年10月为研究实施阶段，该过程也是明确研究对象和开展研究的主要阶段，该过程也是明确研究对象和开展研究的主要阶段，样本量均是从本院收治的脑梗死患者中选取而来，共70例，使用计算机序列软件进行样本的编号，并下载随机分配软件，将样本分到两组，其中35例患者接受常规治疗+丹红注射液，该组为常规组；剩余的患者除了常规治疗外，还使用疏血通注射液进行治疗，该组为实验组。记录两组的具体情况并进行相关分析和对比。结果：比较两组治疗效果，实验组颇高且优于常规组，同时神经功能评分和日常行为能力评分相比，常规组不具优势，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在脑梗死治疗的过程中应用疏血通注射液能够有效地提高临床效果，对患者神经功能和日常行为能力的改善有着积极作用，具有较高的推广性和适用性。
