    【摘 要】目的：分析并探讨非洛地平缓释片与美托洛尔联合治疗高血压并发慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法：选择2019年1月至2020年7月我院接收的82例高血压并发慢性心力衰竭患者，分成对照组和研究组，每组41例，对照组给予常规治疗，研究组在常规基础上给予非洛地平缓释片与美托洛尔联合治疗，观察并对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗疗效率显著高于对照组，治疗后心率、收缩压、舒张压各项结果均显著低于对照组，两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：将非洛地平缓释片与美托洛尔联合应用到高血壓并发慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中，疗效显著，不仅可以有效提高患者治疗效率，而且可以有效降低患者血压，稳定心率，增强患者心功能改善效果，值得广泛使用。
