    【摘 要】目的：观察丁苯酞在急性脑梗死中的疗效，评价其对患者侧支循环的影响。方法：收集90例患者，随机分设组别并实施不同治疗方案，具体分组方案：45例给予常规对症治疗(如营养神经、抗血小板聚集等)设为对照组；45例接受常规治疗+丁苯酞治疗的患者设为观察组，比较两组疗效。结果：和对照组比较，观察组治疗后的侧支循环建立情况更优(P<0.05)。结论：急性脑梗死患者使用丁苯酞治疗能够促进侧支循环的重建，从而改善颅内血流灌注情况，保护濒危脑细胞和神经功能。
