    【摘 要】目的：通过对晚期先兆流产保胎临床治疗过程中使用盐酸利托君进行治疗，观察研究盐酸利托君在其中的临床治疗效果以及应用优势。方法：选取我院2019年1月至2021年5月所治疗的晚期先兆流产保胎患者共计16例，对其进行临床资料回顾分析，根据患者所使用的药物治疗的不同将其分为两组即对照组(n=8)与观察组(n=8)。结果：(1)观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；(2)观察组临床治疗效果在各个方面的对比均优于对照组(P<0.05)；(3)观察组保胎成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：临床治疗晚期先兆流产疾病中使用盐酸利托君进行治疗，其保胎效果明显。

    The Clinical Efficacy and Application Advantages of Ritodrine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Advanced Threatened Abortion

    【Abstract】Objective：To observe and study the clinical therapeutic effect and application advantages of ritodrine hydrochloride in the clinical treatment of advanced threatened abortion.Methods：A total of 16 patients with advanced threatened abortion who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected. The clinical data were reviewed and analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to the different drug treatments used. Control group (n=8) and observation group (n=8).Results：(1)The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05)；(2)The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group in all aspects (P<0.05)；(3)The success rate of fetus preservation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
