    【摘 要】伴随人们对医疗服务要求的提高，针对临床药品用药不合理的现象，需要结合临床实际情况，给予相应的药学理论指导。药学理论知识是临床合理用药的基础，只有充分熟悉药物化学、药效学等药学理论，并将其与临床实践有效结合，才能给予临床合理指导，提高临床合理用药的安全性。因此，本文基于合理用药的相关原则，对药物理论指导及合理用药进展展开综述。

    【Abstract】As people’s requirements for medical services increase， it is necessary to provide corresponding pharmacy theoretical guidance based on the clinical reality in view of the unreasonable use of clinical drugs.
