    【摘 要】目的：浅析新活素用于慢性心力衰竭(CHF)临床治疗中对心功能与生活质量的影响。方法：研究时间为2020年9月至2022年1月间，研究对象为80例CHF患者，采用随机数字表法分为甲组(乙组常规治疗基础上联合新活素治疗)与乙组(培哚普利+螺内酯+酒石酸美托洛尔片)各40例。结果：甲组治疗后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)指标值均低于乙组(P<0.05)；甲组左室射血分数(LVEF)指标值、MLHFQ评分高于乙组(P<0.05)。结论：慢性心力衰竭患者给予常规治疗+新活素治疗可帮助改善心功能、提高生活质量。
