    【摘 要】目的：研究我院抗菌药物处方点评模式建立以及药师作用对临床合理用药的影响。方法：将我院于2020年7月至12月期间未实施药师干预、抗菌药物处方点评模式的860张抗菌药物处方设定为对照组，将我院于2021年1月至6月期间建立并使用抗菌药物处方点评模式、实施药师干预的880张抗菌药物处方设定为实验组，对比不同干预模式的最终效果。结果：实验组处方不合理事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：抗菌药物处方点评模式建立以及药师作用对临床合理用药的影响显著。因此，在为患者使用抗菌药物时可及时将处方点评模式、药师干预等运用其中，进而促使用药合理性、安全性、有效性等显著提升。
