    【摘 要】目的：探讨产妇在分娩时实施综合护理干预后的产后出血情况分析。方法：抽取我院2018年1月至2020年6月的36例产妇作为研究对象，根据护理方案不同分为两组，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组经综合护理干预后产后出血量明显低于对照组；观察组产后焦虑和抑郁状态低于对照组；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于产妇在产时实施综合护理干预后减少了产后出血症状，改善患者的焦虑和紧张情绪，提升患者的满意度。
