    【摘 要】目的：探究在剖宫产手术患者中开展预见性护理模式对预防医院感染的应用价值。方法：本次研究对象筛选2019年10月至2021年10月期间我医院产科接收的80例剖宫产产妇，将纳入的产妇通过随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各有40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予预见性护理，详细记录对比两组最终护理效果。结果：护理后两组结果比较显示，观察组护理管理质量得到良好提高，产妇焦虑情绪得到及时改善，产妇依从性均得到显著提升，术后疼痛程度较轻，术后院内感染发生率较低，住院时间明显缩短，最终产妇对此次护理满意度较高，两组指标差值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将预见性护理模式运用在剖宫产手术患者中，能够有效提升临床护理质量，增强产妇的依从性，减少院内感染发生，从而促进产妇术后身体恢复速度。
