    【摘 要】目的：分析产后子宫复旧不良患者通过新生化颗粒联合缩宫素的治疗效果。方法：随机数字法将我院2020年1月至2021年7月纳入的80例子宫复旧不良患者分为对照组及观察组，分别采取缩宫素治疗及缩宫素+新生化颗粒治疗，观察患者治疗7d后的效果。结果：观察组疾病治疗有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)；观察组患者各项症状消失时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论：产后子宫复旧不良患者通过新生化颗粒联合缩宫素治疗效果吓着你胡，患者症状明显改善，治疗安全性较高。

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xinshenghua granule combined with oxytocin in patients with poor postpartum uterine involution. Methods： The random number method divided 80 patients with dysfunctional uterus included in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 into the control group and the observation group. They were treated with oxytocin and oxytocin+Xinshenghua granules respectively. Observation The patient’s effect after 7 days of treatment. Results： The effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)； the disappearance time of all symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).
