    【摘 要】目的：探究中医康复护理在胸腰椎压缩性骨折护理中的应用。方法：选择2019年3月至2021年3月我院76例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者，随机分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例)。对照组行常规护理，观察组基于此行中医康复护理，对比效果。结果：观察组并发症发生率为13.16%，显著低于对照组的36.84%；观察组患者的恢复优良率为92.11%，明显高于对照组的63.16%；观察组的护理满意度为92.11%(35/38)，明显要比对照组的73.68%(28/38)高，以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中医康复护理能在胸腰椎压缩性骨折的术后护理中有效降低并发症的发生率，提高恢复效果，提升护理满意度，建议临床推荐。
