    【摘 要】目的：探究“中药湿敷”对治疗PICC所致静脉炎护理观察及临床效果。方法：选择2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治胎龄为30W～33W+6的早产儿患者60例，随机分为硫酸镁组和中药组各30例，两组患儿均给予PICC置管。为硫酸镁组患者采用硫酸镁进行治疗，为中药组行PICC置管处中药湿敷日2次，1次15分钟。分别观察治疗效果及患者满意度，包括静脉炎发生次数，并进行疗效对比。结果：中药组患者治疗的静脉炎发生率明显更低，且对治疗的满意率高于硫酸镁组患者，其治疗的费用少于硫酸镁组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：用中药外敷疗法治疗PICC相关机械性静脉炎的临床效果显著，能够提高患者对治疗的满意度，且治疗的费用较低。
