FISH技术在乳腺癌HER-2基因检测中的应用价值分析

【摘 要】目的:分析探究FISH技术在乳腺癌HER-2基因检测中的应用价值。方法:在2018年8月至2021年8月期间选择42例乳腺癌患者展开回顾性分析,以上42例患者采集的标本均接受FISH技术和IHC技术对其HER-2基因进行相应的检测,并比较不同检测技术的阳性符合率,观察经FISH技术对17号染色体多体发生的检测情况。结果:经不同检测技术检测其结果一致性相对较高(Kappa=0.544,P0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌HER-2基因检测中无论是运用FISH技术还是IHC技术进行检测均具有较高的检出率,而其中导致两种检测技术结果出现偏差的因素在于17号染色体多体的发生率,临床中对于乳腺癌HER-2基因扩增检测可应用FISH技术进行操作,值得推广应用。
