    【摘 要】目的：探究双侧会阴阻滞联合控制胎头娩出速度在自然分娩中的护理应用效果。方法：本次研究对象为来我院产科生产的38例产妇，时间：2020年9月至2021年12月。根据患者入院时间顺序，将38例产妇平均分为对照组及观察组，每组19例产妇。对照组控制胎头娩出速度；观察组双侧会阴阻滞联合控制胎头娩出速度。将两组干预效果进行对比。结果：与对照组相比，观察组产妇的SAS及SDS评分均较低(P<0.05)，第二产程时间及产妇分娩VAS评分均较优(P<0.05)，会阴裂伤程度明显更轻(P<0.05)。结论：双侧会阴阻滞联合控制胎头娩出速度在自然分娩中应用，效果显著，具有较强的临床推广价值。
