    【摘 要】肺炎是世界范围内最常见的传染病之一[1]。儿童感染肺炎后，呼吸道分泌物积聚，很容易导致病情恶化。对重症室肺炎患儿俯卧位通气的临床效果进行了探讨， 机械通气时间、PICU住院时间及并发症的影响，判断俯卧位通气对重症肺炎患儿是否具有临床意义并为临床应用提供参考，探讨其对重症肺炎患儿通气氧合功能、机械通气时间及ICU住院时间的影响。
