    【摘 要】目的：分析人性化优质护理干预用于重症呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用效果及有效性。方法：选取本院2020年3月至11月收治的76例重症呼吸衰竭患者进行研究，并随机将其均分为对照组和观察组。给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组常规护理+人性化优质护理干预，并对两组的血气指标进行对比。结果：护理后，观察组血气指标(氧分压、二氧化碳分压)、生活质量评分(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、精力评分)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在常规护理重症呼吸衰竭患者的过程中融入个性化优质护理干预，能够改善患者血气指标，提高患者生活质量，值得推广。
