    【摘 要】目的：探讨在社区老年高血压患者中实施心理护理的临床护理效果。方法：抽取我社区卫生服务站高血压的患者100例分成两组，对照组实施常规的社区护理干预，观察组实施心理护理干预，比较两组研究对象的临床护理效果。结果：观察组的依从性高于对照组，观察组的血压数值优于对照组，观察组护理总满意度高于对照组，组间的数据比较存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论：社区老年高血压的患者在实施心理护理干预后能够提高患者的治疗依从性，同时血压控制程度较好，值得在高血压患者的护理中推广使用。
