    【摘 要】目的：分析临床输液治疗中浅静脉留置针的应用价值与护理要点。方法：在2020年1月至2021年10月期间，共选取286例(2020年135例、2021年151例)输液治疗患者，均使用浅静脉留置针，将其随机分为两组，对照组提供常规护理，纳入143例，观察组提供全面护理，纳入143例，分析比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组留置针一次性穿刺成功率、护理满意度高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：加强浅静脉留置针全面护理，可使其价值得到更充分的发挥。
